Here's a look at theScore's wide receiver value rankings for Week 4 (Thursday night and Sunday morning games excluded):

Value Rankings
QB | RB | WR | TE

Top 3

# NAME OPPONENT RISK
1 Jordan Reed (WAS) vs. PHI Low
2 Greg Olsen (CAR) at TB Low
3 Jason Witten (DAL) at NO Low

Consistency is the key when selecting a tight end - and Reed epitomizes that quality, racking up at least six catches and 60 yards in all three games this season. Olsen has the highest ceiling of all - evidenced by his mammoth game last week - but carries a slightly higher price tag. Witten should see a good number of targets as the Cowboys visit New Orleans.

Next 3

# NAME OPPONENT RISK
4 Martellus Bennett (CHI) vs. OAK Low
5 Jimmy Graham (SEA) vs. DET Low
6 Travis Kelce (KC) at CIN Low

Bennett will be a popular target for whoever throws the ball for the Bears this week; this is a game they can actually win, and they'll need Bennett to do it. Graham is a solid play if you're not afraid to spend up at the position, while Kelce remains one of Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith's favorite targets and should soak up the targets against the host Bengals.

Best of the Rest

# NAME OPPONENT RISK
7 Gary Barnidge (CLE) at SD Medium
8 Eric Ebron (DET) at SEA Medium
9 Tyler Eifert (CIN) vs. KC Medium
10 Charles Clay (BUF) vs. NYG Medium
11 Kyle Rudolph (MIN) at DEN Medium
12 Coby Fleener (IND) vs. JAC Medium
13 Owen Daniels (DEN) vs. MIN Medium

Barnidge surged into tight end relevance with last week's 110-yard, one-touchdown effort; he's a boom-or-bust candidate with a high ceiling and a bargain price tag. Eifert shouldn't be judged on his zero-catch effort last week, but it's clear he'll have to share the spotlight with A.J. Green - and some weeks, he'll struggle to reach value.

Nothing to See Here

# NAME OPPONENT RISK
14 Zach Ertz (PHI) at WAS High
15 Vernon Davis (SF) vs. GB High
16 Ladarius Green (SD) vs. CLE High
17 Larry Donnell (NYG) at BUF High
18 Benjamin Watson (NO) vs. DAL High
19 Dwayne Allen (IND) vs. JAC High
20 Jacob Tamme (ATL) vs. HOU High

Ertz's lack of involvement in the floundering Eagles passing game remains a mystery; look for him to see more action this week, but don't expect a high ceiling. Injury concerns dot this group, with Davis, Green, Allen, and Tamme all nursing ailments. Donnell could see his already sparse target count take another hit with the return of Victor Cruz.
