DFS: Weather Watch - Week 4

Here's a look at the weather outlook for Week 4:

Dome Games: Houston Texans @ Atlanta Falcons; Jacksonville Jaguars @ Indianapolis Colts; St. Louis Rams @ Arizona Cardinals; Dallas Cowboys @ New Orleans Saints

Sunday Morning

New York Jets @ Miami Dolphins, 9:30 a.m. (London): The London forecast calls for sunny skies and a warm temperature of 63 F. Wembley Stadium has an open roof over the field but rain won't be a problem.

Early Sunday Afternoon

New York Giants @ Buffalo Bills, 1 p.m.: Overcast skies in Buffalo with a 13% chance of rain. There is also an 8 mph wind expected. Ultimately, weather should not cause any significant issues here.

Carolina Panthers @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 1 p.m.: The forecast calls for a possible thunderstorm in Tampa Bay. There is a 10 mph wind and a 60% of chance of rain.

Oakland Raiders @ Chicago Bears, 1 p.m.: Chicago is set for a 22% chance of rain and an 11 mph wind. If these conditions act up, they will likely have some adverse effect on play-calling and performance.

Houston Texans @ Atlanta Falcons, 1 p.m.: Dome game. The only thing to note here is that Matt Ryan and Julio Jones will be playing at home.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Cincinnati Bengals, 1 p.m.: The undefeated Bengals defend home turf on what seems to be a decent day in Ohio. The temperature will be in the mid 60's with a 25% chance of rain and a 6 mph wind.

Jacksonville Jaguars @ Indianapolis Colts, 1 p.m.: No weather issues as Indianapolis plays in a predominantly protected stadium. The roof at Lucas Oil Stadium will be open as the temperature outside is set for 67 F and partial clouds.

Philadelphia Eagles @ Washington Redskins, 1 p.m.: Hurricane Joaquin won't postpone the game but it could effect it. The biggues issue the 15mph wind expected, which would cause issues for the passing and kicking game. There is also a 33% chance of rain.

Late Sunday Afternoon

Cleveland Browns @ San Diego Chargers, 4:05 p.m.: Conditions will likely be a factor due to the 90% chance of rain and 10 mph wind expected. Advantage to the San Diego running game if the conditions do become a factor.

Minnesota Vikings @ Denver Broncos, 4:25 p.m.: Finally, an outdoor game that should be free of rain or wind. Denver is set for a temperature in the low 60's with partial clouds and a 15% chance of rain.

Green Bay Packers @ San Francisco 49ers, 4:25 p.m.: Unlike San Francisco, San Francisco is looking at a temperature in the high 70's, only a 7% chance of rain, and a breeze of 5 mph.

St. Louis Rams @ Arizona Cardinals, 4:25 p.m.: The undefeated Cardinals host their division rivals in the protected confines of University of Phenoix Satdium.

Sunday Night

Dallas Cowboys @ New Orleans Saints, 8:30 p.m.: The Saints will be protected inside their dome as they search for their first win.

Monday Night

Detroit Lions @ Seattle Seahawks, 8:30 p.m.: The Monday Nighter should take place under comfortable evening conditions. No clouds are expected with a temperature in the mid 60's. There is a minimal chance of rain and wind.
