Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is being docked $12,154 for some poor judgement in the heat of the battle last Thursday, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
In the third quarter of the Chiefs' opener against the New England Patriots, Kelce pushed linebacker Kyle Van Noy off of him following a third-quarter play by forcing the ball into his crotch area.
The play earned a 15-yard penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct at the time and has now put a dent in Kelce's wallet.
Kelce was also fined $11,025 in 2014 and $24,309 in 2016 for incidents deemed to be unsportsmanlike conduct.
