Georgios Papagiannis, a five-star member of the 2015 recruiting class, has elected to pursue a professional career in Greece in lieu of college basketball, according to Evan Daniels of Scout.
Papagiannis had reportedly been considering an offer from Kansas, while also garnering significant interest from Kentucky and Oregon, among others.
A 7-foot-1 center, Papagiannis averaged 8.1 points and 7.7 rebounds during last week's FIBA U19 World Championships.
