Jordin Tootoo: (Bruised Foot) Placed On IR

Tootoo has a bone bruise on his left foot, and has been placed on the injured reserve, retroactive to Oct. 21. He's still considered day-to-day.

Analysis:

His foot isn't broken, which is good news, but he will need to sit out until Oct. 28 after being placed on injured reserve. Jacob Josefson will fill Tootoo's spot on the fourth line while he remains out.
