Cyprien will sign with the Titans, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Analysis:
Cyprien has never recorded less than 100 tackles in his NFL career thus far, and while he struggles sometimes in pass coverage, he is nevertheless a very talented player who should provide a boost to Tennessee's defense. It will be interesting to see if Titans defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau utilizes Cyprien in a similar fashion to the way he deployed fellow strong safety Troy Polamalu during Lebeau's prosperous stint in Pittsburgh.
