Four-star cornerback Jaheim Singletary decommitted from Ohio State, he announced Sunday.

"First off, I would like to thank the entire Ohio State coaching staff for giving me an opportunity to be a part of the Buckeye family, and believing in my talents," Singletary wrote on Twitter. "After talking it over with my family, I have decided to decommit from the Ohio State University and reopen my recruitment."

Singletary, who originally committed to the Buckeyes in January, is the No. 15 overall recruit and ranked third at his position by ESPN.

The cornerback was the second-highest-rated recruit in Ohio State's 2022 class, coming in just behind five-star quarterback Quinn Ewers.

The Buckeyes' 2022 class still features other four-star cornerbacks Terrance Brooks and Jyaire Brown.
