No. 1 Virginia holds Pittsburgh to just 7 points in 1st half

This is just ridiculous.

The No. 1 seeded Virginia Cavaliers were the heavy favorites over the unranked Pittsburgh Panthers, and for good reason, as the halftime score read 30-7 after the underdogs put forth a pathetic offensive display.

Pittsburgh shot a collective 1-for-22 from the field, with the lone make being a three from its leading scorer Jonathan Milligan. Otherwise, it had just four foul shots against four turnovers.

The Panthers were much better in the second half as they scored 30 points, but the Cavaliers also took their foot off the gas since the 66-37 final result was never in doubt.
