Milwaukee Bucks star Damian Lillard will participate in this year's Three-Point Contest during All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis, sources told Bleacher Report's Chris Haynes.
Lillard has competed in the event on three previous occasions. He fell short of the final round in 2014 and 2019 before breaking through for the title in last year's competition.
Only six players have captured back-to-back Three-Point Contest crowns, with Jason Kapono the last person to accomplish the feat in 2008.
Ray Allen is the only player in Bucks history to win the competition.
Lillard is shooting 34.7% from deep and ranks 14th in the Association with 123 threes made.
While the NBA has yet to confirm the field of participants, Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors and Sabrina Ionescu of the New York Liberty are reportedly set to square off in a 3-point competition.
