"A good carpenter doesn't blame his tools."

It's an old adage Adam Scott is living by for this week's Players Championship, as the 37-year-old is using the same driver that was in his bag back in 2011.

The value of the seven-year-old driver?

Only $25.

Scott reverted back to the Titleist 910D3 model for the first round of the Players Championship after struggling off the tee in last week's event.

Here's a look at the Aussie using the Titleist driver in 2011 en route to winning the Bridgestone Invitational.

Scott fired an opening-round 3-under 69 Thursday, as he looks to win his second career Players Championship title.
