Monarchs' Brian O'Neill voted AHL MVP

Manchester Monarchs forward Brian O'Neill was voted the AHL's most valuable player, the league announced Friday.
The award is voted on by coaches, players and media members in each of the league’s cities.
The 26-year-old, who signed as a free agent with the Los Angeles Kings in 2012, had 22 goals and 56 assists in 69 games.
