Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman Jake Gardiner's status for Saturday's game against the New York Rangers will be determined after the pregame warmup.
Gardiner said he is a game-time decision, according to David Alter of the the team's official website.
The blue-liner left Thursday's game against the Colorado Avalanche after blocking a shot in the first period. He did not return.
X-rays taken after the game revealed a bone bruise and no fracture.
