The Anaheim Ducks were hoping Dany Heatley would be the key on their top line this season, but Eric Stephens of the Orange County Register reports his debut is going to have to wait.
Looks as if Ducks have or will put wingers Dany Heatley (groin) and Kyle Palmieri (high ankle) on injured reserve.

Heatley was expected to miss a week with a groin injury, and the move could mean Heatley is further away from a return than expected.
