The Vegas Golden Knights punched their ticket to the 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs despite falling to the Edmonton Oilers on Tuesday.
Vegas clinched its spot thanks to the Calgary Flames' regulation loss to Utah.
It's the seventh postseason appearance in the Golden Knights' eight-year history.
The 2023 Stanley Cup champions are leading the Pacific Division by six points with eight games to go. If the team can hold on, it'll be Vegas' fifth division title.
