Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane will miss at least the next couple of games with the upper-body injury he suffered during Monday's loss to the Colorado Avalanche, head coach Jeff Blashill said postgame, per Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times.
Kane left the game in the second period and didn't return. It's unclear how he sustained the injury.

The Blackhawks reunited with Kane on a two-year, $16-million contract this offseason. The 37-year-old has a goal and eight assists in 15 contests this season.
Chicago is set to embark on a three-game road trip, with tilts against the Florida Panthers on Wednesday, Tampa Bay Lightning on Thursday, and Carolina Hurricanes on Saturday.
