Report: Bears won't renew college scouting director's contract

New Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Pace is intent on reworking his team's front office and he's wasting little time doing it.
Days after the draft's conclusion, the Bears are making a significant change to their scouting department by not renewing the contract of longtime college scouting director Marty Barrett, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Barrett spent the last 18 years with the team, three of them in his current role.
Previously, Pace fired pro personnel director Kevin Turks and replaced him with a former colleague from the New Orleans Saints.
