Jenkins reportedly was suspended for using a banned performance-enhancing substance. It is a tough break for the Redskins, as Jenkins was expected to fill the starter's role initially at defensive end in place of the injured Adam Carriker. Chris Baker and Kedric Golston are candidates to slide into that role.
