Report: Ramsey plans to return to Jaguars' facility Wednesday
Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey intends on being at the team facility on Wednesday, a source told ESPN's Josina Anderson.
Ramsey, who has requested a trade away from Jacksonville, reportedly called the Jaguars on Sunday night to inform them he'd be unable to practice Monday due to an illness.
The cornerback played in Thursday night's win against the Tennessee Titans despite his trade request. His status remains unclear for the team's upcoming game against the Denver Broncos as it's unknown whether he'll be able to practice this week.
While Ramsey wants out of Jacksonville, the team reportedly isn't interested in trading the star cornerback and is attempting to repair its relationship with him.
Ramsey said Thursday that his decision to leave stemmed from a "disrespectful" conversation he had with the Jaguars' decision-makers.
