Despite Cooper Kupp's seemingly miraculous return to the Rams' win Sunday against the Denver Broncos, the Los Angeles receiver is still in danger of missing time.

Kupp suffered an MCL sprain on a horse-collar tackle, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter, and needed the cart to exit the game before shockingly returning.

Head coach Sean McVay said Kupp "will probably miss" the team's Week 7 game against the San Francisco 49ers, according to Joe Curley of the Ventura County Star.

Kupp has excelled in his second NFL season, catching 30 passes for 438 yards and five touchdowns in six games.
