Former Louisville guard Chris Jones turned himself in to police on Thursday morning, pleading not guilty to charges of raping one woman and sodomizing another, according to The Courier-Journal's Andrew Wolfson.
A judge released him on home incarceration in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
A warrant states that the women are 19 and 20 years old. One of the women was hospitalized Sunday and was able to identify Jones as the man who attacked her.
The incident is said to have have occurred on Saturday, the day he was reinstated following a suspension.
After the win over Miami, the school announced the following day that it had dismissed Jones for unknown reasons.
A second warrant indicates that Jones, along with two other men, forced a woman to have intercourse and oral sex.
One of Jones' lawyers, Scott C. Cox, has indicated that his client has since dropped out of Louisville to focus on his court battle and that he's living in a hotel until he finds permanent accommodation.
Earlier reports stated that Jones was linked to a potential domestic violence incident after a woman ransacked his apartment. That woman is not involved with his current charges.
