Analysis:
Anderson was held out of Tuesday's win over the Heat due to the illness, but after he noticed some improvement in his condition overnight, the Spurs cleared him for the second half of a back-to-back set. The second-year swingman has seen his role fluctuate this season, but he's played at least 16 minutes in five of his last six appearances.
