With the No. 24 pick in the 2023 NBA Draft, the Sacramento Kings selected Marquette wing Olivier-Maxence Prosper and will trade him to the Dallas Mavericks, sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

The Mavericks are reportedly also acquiring center Richaun Holmes from Sacramento.

The Canadian's breakout junior year was instrumental in helping the Golden Eagles win a school-record 29 games and their first-ever Big East Tournament crown. Prosper finished third on the team in scoring and was tasked with shutting down the opposition's top perimeter threat on a nightly basis.

Prosper ranked sixth in the conference this past season in free-throw attempts (151) and true shooting percentage (61.7%). The 20-year-old bolstered his stock further with an impressive showing at last month's NBA combine.

Prosper tallied 21 points, seven boards, and two assists in just 22 minutes during his lone five-on-five scrimmage. He was also the only participant to register a top-five mark in both the max vertical leap and lane agility time.
