Report: NBA discussing Las Vegas as potential quarantine site to finish season

In hopes of squeezing in as many regular-season games as possible, the NBA is exploring the possibility of having all teams together at one quarantined site, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
"Las Vegas has been a destination that has been discussed, built around the idea of literally perhaps using a casino, playing games in potentially a ballroom with courts," Wojnarowski said. "There's lots of different scenarios, almost all of which would be built around the idea of a return without fans in the stands."
The Thomas & Mack Center, located on UNLV's main campus, has hosted the NBA Summer League since 2004. The MGM Grand and Mandalay Bay have also served as basketball venues.
The annual Battle 4 Atlantis tournament in the Bahamas is an early season college basketball competition that transforms a ballroom into a court for its games.
The Chinese Basketball Association, which is also on an indefinite hiatus, reportedly plans on selecting two cities to host games involving the league's 20 teams in empty arenas within a month.
