Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard will not be fined by the NBA for his comments regarding a missed goaltending call in Friday's loss to the Utah Jazz, sources told Yahoo's Chris Haynes.

Lillard was reportedly interviewed by the league on Saturday.

"We get to the last play of the game, and they miss an easy call," Lillard said after officials missed a goaltend by Rudy Gobert on his potential game-tying layup. "And then they tell us that's an easy no-call, like that was obviously not a goaltend. It cost us a f---ing game, man."

The NBA usually employs a zero-tolerance policy regarding criticism of its officials, regularly fining players and coaches who question them. However, Friday's incident resulted in a rare turn by the league, with referee Josh Tiven admitting after the game the call was missed.

That was further backed up Saturday, when the NBA's last-two-minute report confirmed the incorrect no-call.
