The younger brother of Houston Rockets guard Russell Westbrook was removed from Staples Center after Friday night's game, according to Yahoo Sports' Chris Haynes.

As the teams were leaving the floor following Houston's 122-119 loss to the Clippers, Raynard Westbrook engaged in a verbal back-and-forth with L.A. big man Montrezl Harrell. When Westbrook stepped onto the playing surface, security intervened and escorted him from the arena.

"He rushed the court," a security official told Haynes. "He was in clear violation."

Harrell tallied 18 points, seven rebounds, and a pair of blocks in the victory.
