Atletico's Godin suffers hamstring injury against Athletic Bilbao

Atletico Madrid defender Diego Godin was forced off 11 minutes into Wednesday's La Liga clash with Athletic Bilbao with an apparent hamstring injury.
Godin, 30, appeared to be clutching the back of his thigh. If it's a hamstring injury, it would be his second this year, with the Atletico veteran already having missed two matches in late March with the same concern.
The Uruguayan international was taken off for Lucas Hernandez, who assumed Godin's centre-back spot alongside former Manchester City defender Stefan Savic.
Godin's injury could be bad news for Atletico and manager Diego Simeone, who hosts Bavarian giant Bayern Munich next Wednesday at the Vicente Calderon in a Champions League semi-final first leg tilt.
