Paris - Manchester City fans will be able to attend the first leg of the Champions League last-16 tie at Dynamo Kyiv after UEFA reduced the Ukrainian club's stadium ban to one match on Tuesday.

Dynamo was ordered to play its next three European games behind closed doors in November following its fans' racist behaviour and crowd trouble during a match against Group G rival Chelsea.

However, UEFA's appeals commission announced it had reduced the punishment to one match, allowing fans to attend the Feb. 24 clash at the Olympic stadium.

Kyiv has already played one match behind closed doors - on Dec. 9 against Maccabi Tel Aviv - meaning its ban has been served.

The original sanction, in which the third match was suspended for a probationary of three years, also included a €100,000 fine, which was halved upon appeal.
