Martin Kaymer will take a 5-stroke lead into the final round of the U.S. Open on Sunday, but will need to improve from his disappointing third round.
Kaymer struggled on Saturday, finishing the round at 2-over par, while managing five bogeys and one birdie.
The 27-year-old remains the favorite to win the 114th U.S. Open, but will have to fend off a surging Rickie Fowler and Erik Compton.
