Panthers' Bjugstad suffering from migraines, no timetable for return

Florida Panthers general manager Dale Tallon shed some light on Nick Bjugstad's upper-body injury Tuesday, saying that the forward has been suffering from migraines.

Bjugstad has not played since Nov. 29, and will miss his eighth consecutive game on Tuesday against the New York Islanders.
There is still no timetable for his return.
The 23-year-old has seven goals and five assists in 23 games this season.
