St. Louis Blues forward Ryan Reaves has been fined $3,024.19 by the NHL Department of Player Safety for roughing on Los Angeles Kings forward Anze Kopitar. It's the maximum allowable fine under the CBA.
Reaves appeared to deliver an elbow to Kopitar that left him bloodied and eventually forced him from Tuesday's game with an upper-body injury. He didn't return.
The 28-year-old hasn't recorded a point in 11 games this season.
