Avalanche sign Jack Skille to 1-year deal

The Colorado Avalanche have signed forward Jack Skille to a one-year contract.
Jack Skille got a two-way deal from the #avs -- he earns $675,000 in the NHL and $150,000 in the AHL. (Guaranteed $250,000 though)

Skille signed a professional tryout deal with the Avalanche last month.
The 28-year-old registered eight points in 45 games with the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2014-15.
He was selected seventh overall by the Chicago Blackhawks in 2005.
