Carey Price's selfie kid pens letter to his hero
Carey Price is having a career year. Actually, he's having a year that most goalies dream about.
The Montreal Canadiens sit atop the Eastern Conference standings and the netminder, who is a virtual lock for the Vezina Trophy and a contender for the Hart Trophy, is a big reason for that.
Price is also contributing off the ice as well, becoming a lovable superstar with acts of kindness like the fan selfie from last week.
Now he's a hero.
After his beloved act of selfie kindness, the youngster in the photo, named Justin, penned a letter to his favorite superstar, which Amanda Kelly of Global News managed to get a copy of.
This is why I love hockey. But mostly, this is why I love @CP0031! #Habs http://t.co/4v93rGTZDK pic.twitter.com/alMqi53P2E
