Jaromir Jagr isn't the only New Jersey Devils player reaching milestones this season.
Patrik Elias led the Devils over the Buffalo Sabres on Tuesday with three points, including an assist on an empty-netter for his 1,000th career point.
Elias, 38, has 399 goals and 601 assists in 1,187 career games - all with New Jersey. He is the Devils' all-time leader in goals, assists, points, power-play goals, game-winning goals, shots and hat tricks.
Elias joins teammate Jagr as the second Czech player to reach the 1,000-point milestone.
