Six hundred and 89 career wins and counting.
That's where Martin Brodeur stands following Saturday's win over the New York Islanders, his first as a member of the St. Louis Blues.
Brodeur entered the contest at the beginning of the second period, with his team down 3-0 after Jake Allen stopped only nine of 12 first period shots.
The Blues proceeded to score six of the game's next seven goals, while Brodeur stopped 13 of 14 shots to secure the win.
St. Louis's next game is set for Monday against the Florida Panthers, where Brodeur may have an opportunity to reach 690 wins.
For now, he'll pocket a little bit of change for picking up the two points.
A nice comeback win for the #stlblues on Long Island earns Martin Brodeur a $20,000 performance bonus. #winning
