After a report from RDS's Vinny Damphousse was released that Montreal Canadiens general manager Marc Bergevin had inquired about Martin Brodeur's availability, rumors have begun to swirl again.
Tom Gulitti is reporting Brodeur's agent Pat Brisson is confident teams will start calling about the veteran goaltender, but he won't be on the ice next week when camps open.
Barring something unexpected, Pat Brisson said Martin Brodeur won't be in camp with any NHL team when they open next week.
