Stone to be game-time decision for Game 4
Vegas Golden Knights captain Mark Stone is a game-time decision for Game 4 against the Edmonton Oilers, head coach Bruce Cassidy announced Monday, according to The Athletic's Jesse Granger.
Stone practiced on the top line alongside Jack Eichel and Ivan Barbashev on Monday and took his usual spot on the first power-play unit.
"He was out there this morning, so we'll see how he reacts to that," Cassidy said.
The veteran forward exited during the first period of Vegas' dramatic 4-3 victory in Game 3 on Saturday due to an upper-body injury. He took three more shifts after losing an edge and colliding with Oilers forward Corey Perry but ultimately didn't return to the contest.
Correcting erroneous info: this was not on Stone's last shift...he played three after this one, as @JesseGranger_ mentioned pic.twitter.com/s0GDEWF3QI

Cassidy told reporters postgame that Stone was considered day-to-day.
Stone has racked up four goals and eight points in nine games this season, including two tallies in Game 1 versus the Oilers.
Vegas will look to even the series at 9:30 p.m. ET in Edmonton.
