Montreal Canadiens forward Josh Anderson will have a hearing for boarding Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Alex Pietrangelo, the NHL Department of Player Safety announced Sunday.

Pietrangelo was also handed a two-minute roughing minor for his part in the ensuing skirmish. The veteran blue-liner was bleeding from his nose but didn't miss a shift.
Despite being known for his physical style of play, Anderson has never been suspended or fined in his nine-year NHL career.
The Golden Knights defeated the Canadiens 6-4 for their seventh win in a row.
