Canadiens' Dvorak unable to return after Spurgeon's blindside hit

Montreal Canadiens forward Christian Dvorak was unable to return to Monday night's contest after Minnesota Wild captain Jared Spurgeon delivered a blindside hit to his head early in the first period.

Canadiens head coach Dominique Ducharme said the concussion spotter pulled Dvorak, and he failed his test, so he was ruled out of the remainder of the game, according to The Athletic's Arpon Basu.
