Jeffery missed Chicago's previous two games with a hamstring injury.
Jeffery returned to practice this week, creating optimism he could return to the field this weekend, but his injury hasn't responded the way the Bears hoped.
With Jeffery sidelined, Eddie Royal and Marquess Wilson are expected to lead the Bears' receivers in snaps, as they did in Week 3.
