Here's a look at theScore's wide receiver value rankings for Week 3 (Thursday night game excluded):

Value Rankings
QB | RB | WR | TE

Top 5

# NAME OPPONENT RISK
1 Antonio Brown (PIT) at STL Low
2 Julio Jones (ATL) at DAL Low
3 Jarvis Landry (MIA) vs. BUF Low
4 Randall Cobb (GB) vs. KC Low
5 Demaryius Thomas (DEN) at DET Low

It's lonely at the top, where Brown and Jones easily outpace the competition this week. Brown gets a slight edge by virtue of his unmatched week-to-week consistency. Landry is a terrific play against a Bills defense that has been torched for nearly 700 yards through the air; expect double-digit catches and a touchdown. Cobb is also a recommended play against the Chiefs.

Next 5

# NAME OPPONENT RISK
6 Brandon Marshall (NYJ) vs. PHI Low
7 Emmanuel Sanders (DEN) at DET Low
8 DeAndre Hopkins (HOU) vs. TB Low
9 A.J. Green (CIN) at BAL Low
10 Julian Edelman (NE) vs. JAC Low

Marshall will be a great play regardless of whether teammate Eric Decker suits up - but if Decker doesn't, Marshall could be the top option in his price range. Hopkins will be a popular target in the Houston offense, and could get some relief if RB Arian Foster returns from a groin ailment. Edelman continues to be a target soaker, and will see plenty of action against Jacksonville.

Best of the Rest

# NAME OPPONENT RISK
11 Allen Robinson (JAC) at NE Medium
12 Jordan Matthews (PHI) at NYJ Medium
13 T.Y. Hilton (IND) at TEN Medium
14 Larry Fitzgerald (ARI) vs. SF Medium
15 Calvin Johnson (DET) vs. DEN Medium
16 Keenan Allen (SD) at MIN Medium
17 Steve Smith Sr. (BAL) vs. CIN Medium
18 Mike Evans (TB) at HOU Medium
19 Amari Cooper (OAK) at CLE Medium
20 Alshon Jeffery (CHI) at SEA Medium
21 Travis Benjamin (CLE) vs. OAK Medium
22 Torrey Smith (SF) at ARI Medium
23 Leonard Hankerson (ATL) at DAL Medium
24 Tavon Austin (STL) vs. PIT Medium
25 Kenny Britt (STL) vs. PIT Medium
26 Terrance Williams (DAL) vs. ATL Medium
27 Donte Moncrief (IND) at TEN Medium
28 Davante Adams (GB) vs. KC Medium
29 Brandin Cooks (NO) at CAR Medium
30 Sammy Watkins (BUF) at MIA Medium

Matthews and Johnson both have difficult matchups this week; while their floors remain strong, they'll both see muted upside. Hankerson may be worth a tournament flier as a complement to the dominant Jones, while Moncrief is in a similar situation as Andrew Luck's new favorite No. 2 option. Cooks should be off the radar completely against the stingy Panthers.

# NAME OPPONENT RISK
31 Jeremy Maclin (KC) at GB High
32 Golden Tate (DET) vs. DEN High
33 Vincent Jackson (TB) at HOU High
34 John Brown (ARI) vs. SF High
35 Kendall Wright (TEN) vs. IND High
36 James Jones (GB) vs. KC High
37 Roddy White (ATL) vs. DAL High
38 Anquan Boldin (SF) at ARI High
39 Andre Johnson (IND) at TEN High
40 Stevie Johnson (SD) at MIN High
41 Mike Wallace (MIN) vs. SD High
42 Michael Crabtree (OAK) at CLE High
43 Percy Harvin (BUF) at MIA High
44 Nelson Agholor (PHI) at NYJ High
45 Brandon Coleman (NO) at CAR High
46 Marques Colston (NO) at CAR High
47 Allen Hurns (JAC) at NE High
48 Nate Washington (HOU) vs. TB High
49 Marvin Jones (CIN) at BAL High
50 Greg Jennings (MIA) vs. BUF High

Maclin is learning what countless Kansas City receivers before him already know: Chiefs wideouts don't catch touchdown passes. And that won't change this week in a tough matchup versus the Packers. Jones is in the opposition situation with Green Bay, a red-zone favorite of Aaron Rodgers and a decent bet to score on a weekly basis. Just don't count on big yardage.
