Atlanta Falcons @ Dallas Cowboys, 1 p.m.: The makeshift Cowboys will be on display in front of what will be a concerned but weather protected AT&T stadium faithful. On the other side of the ball, Matt Ryan is on the road he excels in weather-proof stadiums.
Indianapolis Colts @ Tennessee Titans, 1 p.m.: This divisional matchup is set to take place under cloudy skies with a 20% of rain. The temperature will sit around 77 F with a slight 3 mph breeze.
Oakland Raiders @ Cleveland Browns, 1 p.m.: Johnny Manziel will be on the bench for what could be an ugly afternoon in Cleveland. Josh McCowan will take the helm under conditions of 68 F, 12 mph wind, and a 30% chance of rain.
Cincinnati Bengals @ Baltimore Ravens, 1 p.m.: The Ravens are on the ropes at 0-2 and cannot afford a divisional loss especially at home. The weather may not cooperate as there is a 26% of rain and a 13 mph wind expected.
Jacksonville Jaguars @ New England Patriots, 1 p.m.: A warm day in New England brings a temperature of 67 F and clear skies. There is a 5 mph breeze and no rain expected.
New Orleans Saints @ Carolina Panthers, 1 p.m.: A loss in this NFC South matchup would mean disaster for the New Orleans Saints. Weather could be an issue with a 50% of rain and a 7 mph wind.

San Francisco 49ers @ Arizona Cardinals, 4:05 p.m.: This NFC West matchup will take place under ideal conditions in University of Phoenix Stadium.
Buffalo Bills @ Miami Dolphins, 4:25 p.m.: Miami may be subject to thunderstorms Sunday afternoon. Currently, there is a 30% of rain and a 6 mph wind expected.
Chicago Bears @ Seattle Seahawks, 4:25 p.m.: The 0-2 Seahawks should be free of major weather concerns. However, the fall season is upon the Pacific Northwest as a low temperature of 60 F and a wind of 10 mph is expected.
