The Seattle Seahawks waived defensive end Ryan Robinson on Monday.
Robinson had gotten a lot of work as a rush end in OTAs with many frontline DL guys out/absent.

During minicamp, the Oklahoma State product tore his Achilles, leading to his release.
Robinson signed with the Oakland Raiders in 2013 as an undrafted free agent, recording three tackles and a pass deflection in 11 games.
The 24-year-old did not suit up in 2014, and was signed by the Seahawks to a future/reserve contract in February.
With a roster spot freed up, the Seahawks are likely to pursue guard Evan Mathis who was released by the Philadelphia Eagles on June 11.
