Foles suffered an apparent left shoulder injury on the last play of the first quarter Sunday against the Texans, the Philadelphia Inquirer's Jeff McLane reports. Foles was taken to the locker room for X-rays, and his return is questionable.

Foles was hunched over, as he walked to the sidelines following the injury. Mark Sanchez is warming up on the sidelines and will take over for Foles on the Eagles' next possession. Stay tuned.
