Andrew Luck torched the Tennessee Titans for a season-high 393 yards with four touchdowns to lead the Indianapolis Colts to a 41-17 blowout victory Sunday.

Titans quarterback Charlie Whitehurst, starting in place of the injured Jake Locker, struggled against the Colts' secondary, completing just barely half of his passes (12-for-23) with 177 yards and an interception. The Colts improve to 2-2 with the victory, while the loss drops the Titans to 1-3 on the season.

Box Score | Fantasy Pulse

  • Sunday marked the second straight week Luck threw for at least 370 yards and four touchdowns, as well as the third time this season he threw for at least 370 yards.
  • Luck's counterpart, Whitehurst, didn't fare so well, getting sacked three times for a loss of 18 yards in just his fifth career start. Titans backup quarterback Zach Mettenberger replaced Whitehurst late in the fourth quarter, completing 2-of-5 attempts for 17 yards and an interception.
  • The Colts' dominating effort was captured in the time of possession battle. Indianapolis controlled the clock for over 42 minutes, while Tennessee had the ball for under 18 minutes.
  • Colts running back Ahmad Bradshaw managed just 32 yards on the ground but extended his career-high touchdown reception total to four with a 15-yard score in the final quarter.
  • Luck's top targets Sunday were Reggie Wayne (seven catches, 119 yards) and T.Y. Hilton (six catches, 105 yards). It was Wayne's most yardage in a game since 2012. The 35-year-old veteran also caught his first touchdown of the season.
  • Colts running back Trent Richardson also found the end zone for the first time this season, scoring once with 47 rushing yards on 20 carries.
  • While the Colts secondary limited the Titans' pass game, Indianapolis' run-defense was equally effective. The Titans managed 85 rushing yards, mostly thanks to Whitehurst's career-high 40 yards on the ground.
  • Colts linebacker D'Qwell Jackson produced another solid effort on the defensive side, recording his second straight game of 10 tackles and a sack.
