Tim Tebow is still holding on to his NFL dream, and if his offseason training regimen is any indication, he's taking his preparation seriously.

His work with trainer Ian Danney includes playing an intense form of beach volleyball using a 10-pound medicine ball.

Here's a glimpse of "Danney-ball" from last month, via FOX 10 in Phoenix.

Turns out Tebow's not the only high-profile athlete to use it as a training tool. Washington Redskins safety Ryan Clark has been playing it for three years.

Here's Clark explaining the rules, demonstrating the game and throwing in a little trash-talk for good measure.

Remember the last, but most important, rule: "Don't look like an idiot."

Danney founded Performance Enhancement Professionals (PEP) in 1995, and his goal is to make his clients, like Tebow and Clark, "faster, stronger, and smarter."

PEP exposes athletes to training techniques and advanced equipment in order to reach new levels of physical ability and strength. We have developed specific training methodologies that are unique to the industry and have emaculate results.

Like "Danney-ball." And if it helps Clark stay in the NFL, surely it can get Tebow back in the league.

....

Right?
