A civil lawsuit filed against Pittsburgh Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey and brother Mike Pouncey of the Miami Dolphins alleges the twins assaulted three people during an altercation at Cameo Nightclub in Miami on July 12.

The lawsuit, which 940 WINZ obtained, alleges that the Pouncey brothers punched, kicked and utter homophobic slurs toward victims Riquan James, Brentley Williams and Niya Pickett.

Disturbingly, the text of the lawsuit accused the two of punching and kicking James "while he was laying in a fetal position" after instigating a brawl by using hateful language.

When Pickett intervened, the two are accused of punching her in the face and rendering her unconscious.

Jeff Ostrow, the Pouncey brothers' attorney, insists his clients were not involved in any altercation.
