When you are the defending Super Bowl champions, you would expect to see your team's name featured prominently in the NFL's prime time schedule the following season.
The Seahawks do have their share of prime time fixtures in 2014, but noticeably only one in Seattle.
Pro Football Talk is reporting that one of the reasons could be Seattle's propensity for dominating teams at home.
The Seahawks blew out NFC powerhouses San Francisco and New Orleans last year at home, and have lost just one game at CenturyLink Field since 2011.
The league wants to make sure the best games of the week are featured in prime time and they have gone so far as to add flexible scheduling as early as Week 5 this season to try and make sure that happens.
There will be 19 teams that will host more prime-time games than the Seahawks in 2014.
