The Arizona Cardinals signed wide receiver Michael Wilson to a three-year contract extension through 2029, the team announced Thursday.
The maximum value of the contract is $78 million, which includes $47 million guaranteed, ESPN's Adam Schefter and Ian Rapoport report.
The 26-year-old broke out last season with career highs of 78 receptions, 1,006 receiving yards, and seven touchdowns. He's a part of a talented young Arizona receiving corps alongside Marvin Harrison Jr. and star tight end Trey McBride.
The Cardinals went 3-14 last season, finishing last in the stacked NFC West. They fired head coach Jonathan Gannon in January and brought in Mike LaFleur as his replacement.
