Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Zay Jones has been suspended five games for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy, the NFL announced Friday.
Jones was arrested in November 2023 on a misdemeanor domestic battery charg. However, the charge was dropped in March 2024 after the Florida state attorney's office declined to pursue it.
Jones was released by the Jacksonville Jaguars in April and signed by the Arizona Cardinals in May.
He hauled in 34 passes for 321 yards and two touchdowns in 2023. He set career highs in 2022 when he totaled 82 receptions and 823 yards.
