The probability of Odell Beckham Jr. donning a Dallas Cowboys jersey is shrinking with every passing day.

Owner Jerry Jones said last week "there's a good chance" Beckham signs with the franchise. But he seemed more pessimistic about a potential deal during an appearance Tuesday on 105.3 The Fan's "Shan & RJ."

"As of this morning, we don't have anything," Jones said. "The reality is, though, that time is moving on down the road relative to playing in the playoffs and so every day diminishes our chances of going forward."

The Cowboys are one of many suitors to show interest in Beckham, who suffered a torn ACL in last season's Super Bowl. However, the franchise was reportedly concerned that Beckham would need more time to recover after he embarked on a free-agent visit to Dallas.

The Buffalo Bills, New York Giants, and Kansas City Chiefs have also been linked to Beckham.

The Cowboys did add one veteran wideout last week, signing former Indianapolis Colts receiver T.Y. Hilton.

CeeDee Lamb leads the team in receiving yards with 1,087, while Noah Brown and Michael Gallup have combined for 872.

Dallas clinched a playoff berth in Week 15.
